No matter where you find yourself, as you begin to complete more projects and continually use us for funding you can rise to the higher tier levels, therefore reducing the cost of capital and gaining access to more capital per deal.

Foundational Tier

Our first starting tier is our Foundational Tier and for inexperienced investors. The following are characteristics of this tier:

  • Number of deals complete during the last 12 months: less than 2.
  • Number of deals Vertical Fund Management financed over the past 12 months: Less than 2.
  • Amount of Purchase Financed: 80%.
  • Total Loan to After Repair Value: 65%;

Apprentice Tier

The second starting tier is Apprentice Tier but for those with a little bit more experience.  The characteristics of this tier include:

  • Number of deals complete during the last 12 months: 6+.
  • Number of deals Vertical Fund Management financed over the past 12 months: 2+.
  • Amount of Purchase Financed: 80-85%.
  • Total Loan to After Repair Value: 65-67%.

Journeyman’s Tier

The next tier is called our Journeyman’s Tier for those with ample experience. This includes the following characteristics:

  • Number of deals complete during the last 12 months: 8+.
  • Number of deals Vertical Fund Management financed over the past 12 months: 6+.
  • Amount of Purchase Financed: 85-90%.
  • Total Loan to After Repair Value: 67-70% (make a little note underneath stating *Joint Venture Verticals here);

Master's Tier

The final tier is called our Master’s Tier for those with quite a bit more experience. The following characteristics of this tier:

  • Number of deals complete during the last 12 months: 20+.
  • Number of deals Vertical Fund Management financed over the past 12 months: 12+.
  • Amount of Purchase Financed: 90%.
  • Total Loan to After Repair Value: 70-75%. *Joint Venture Verticals here
